Zemora Chat - in development

AI Chatbots for Business Websites

A website chat agent is the first thing most visitors will ask a question to, and the fastest way to lose trust if it makes something up. Zemora Chat trains on your own help docs, FAQs and past support conversations, captures qualified leads into your CRM, and tells the visitor when it is not sure rather than guessing. In development, with waitlist access open.

Status

Where this product actually is

Zemora Chat is in development, alongside Zemora Email. The products running with design partners today are SMS and voice. Waitlist access means an early conversation about fit and a realistic date, not a login.

Training

Trained on your material, not a generic model

A chatbot is only as good as what it was given. Zemora Chat is trained on your existing help documentation, your FAQs and your historical support conversations – which means it answers in the way your team already answers, using your product names and your policies.

That also bounds what it will attempt. Questions inside the material get answered; questions outside it get escalated rather than improvised from general knowledge that may not match how your business actually works.

Escalation

Knowing when to step back

The failure mode that damages a brand is not a chatbot saying “I do not know”. It is a chatbot answering a billing or contractual question confidently and wrongly, and the customer acting on it.

Zemora Chat is built to say when it is not sure and pass the conversation to your team with the full history attached. That handoff is a feature of the design, not an error path – the same principle the voice agents use when a call moves beyond their brief.

Answers directly

Questions covered by your documentation – how something works, what is included, opening hours, order status.

Escalates to a human

Billing disputes, contract questions, complaints and anything outside the material it was trained on. The visitor is told a person is picking it up.

Captures and routes

When the visitor is a prospect rather than a customer, the agent qualifies and pushes the lead into the CRM with the transcript attached.

Lead capture

Chat as a qualification channel

Most website chat is treated as support. On a B2B site a meaningful share of chat traffic is buyers, and asking two or three qualifying questions in the conversation turns an anonymous session into a routed lead.

The agent applies the same criteria used everywhere else on the platform, so a lead qualified in chat arrives with the same structured answers as one qualified by phone or text, on the same contact record.

Installation

Getting it onto your site

Installation is a single JavaScript snippet, or a WordPress plugin if you would rather not touch the template. There is no rebuild and no tag-manager project – the widget loads asynchronously so it does not sit in front of your page render.

Get on the chat waitlist

Point us at your site and your help docs. We will tell you honestly whether chat is where your visitors are actually getting stuck.
