AI Communication Agents, Configured by Industry

The technology is the same across every deployment. What changes is the script, the qualifying criteria, the compliance constraints and what counts as a good outcome. These pages describe how the agents are configured for the industries where we have design partners running today – not a list of markets we would like to serve.

Where we are working

Industries with live or scoped deployments

Two more sectors now have their own pages: recruitment and staffing, where the job is screening candidates at volume without losing the good ones, and B2B SaaS, where founder-led teams need outbound running without an SDR hire.

We also work with ecommerce brands and operations teams. Those deployments are running but do not yet have enough distinct published detail to justify their own pages – we would rather leave a page unwritten than pad one out.

Medical billing and healthcare

Outbound to practices, inbound enquiry handling, and qualification on specialty, claim volume and current provider. Read the medical billing page.

Home services and trades

Answering the calls that decide who wins the job, qualifying on job type, location and urgency, and booking straight into the schedule. Read the home services page.

Marketing agencies

Delivering AI calling and follow-up as a client service without building the stack, on multi-tenant infrastructure. Read the agencies page.

How configuration works

What actually changes between industries

Every deployment starts from the same components – a voice agent, an SMS agent, a qualification workflow and a CRM integration. What gets built per industry is the specifics: which questions establish fit, which objections come up, what a qualified lead looks like, and where the handoff goes.

That work happens during pilot design, using your existing scripts and your historical conversations. It is why an agent configured for a medical billing company would be useless for a roofing business, even though the underlying product is identical.

Talk about your industry

If your sector is not listed, the question is whether your calling workflow looks like one of these. Book a scoping call and we will tell you honestly.
