AI Calling and Lead Follow-Up for Marketing Agencies

Agencies get judged on lead quality they do not control. You deliver the leads, the client takes six hours to call them, half of them go cold, and the conversation at renewal is about your performance rather than theirs. Zemora lets you add AI calling and follow-up to what you already deliver – on multi-tenant infrastructure with isolated numbers and routing per client.

The problem

You are accountable for what happens after the lead lands

Every agency has had this meeting. The campaign is performing, cost per lead is down, and the client says the leads are rubbish. What actually happened is that the leads sat in a CRM for four hours before anyone called, and by then the prospect had already spoken to a competitor.

You cannot fix that with better targeting, and telling the client their follow-up is the problem is a conversation that rarely goes well. What does fix it is making sure every lead gets contacted within minutes – which is work no client wants to staff and most agencies do not want to own manually.

The offer

Add follow-up to what you already sell

The natural extension of lead generation is making sure the leads get worked. An AI voice agent calls each new lead within minutes, qualifies against criteria the client agrees up front, and books the appointment or routes the lead to their team. SMS covers the ones who do not answer.

Commercially this changes what you are selling. Lead volume is a commodity your client can price-shop; booked appointments with qualification notes attached are not, and the retainer conversation moves from cost per lead to cost per booked opportunity.

Speed to lead

Every lead contacted within minutes of arriving, at any hour, rather than whenever the client’s team gets to it.

Consistent qualification

The same criteria applied to every lead, which finally makes lead quality a number you can both look at instead of an opinion.

Evidence at renewal

Transcripts and outcomes on every lead. When a client says the leads were poor, you have the conversations.

Infrastructure

One platform, isolated per client

Zemora Connect is a multi-tenant SIP platform, which for an agency is the load-bearing detail. Each client gets its own numbers, extensions and routing rather than sharing a pool – so one client’s campaign volume cannot affect another’s numbers, and call data does not mix.

You can bring your own carrier or buy DIDs through Twilio, Telnyx or Bandwidth per client. Agents are configured per client too: different scripts, different qualifying criteria, different CRMs.

Delivery

What you have to build: nothing

The reason most agencies do not offer this is that building it means telephony, carrier relationships, compliance registration and a conversational AI stack – none of which is why anyone started an agency.

Zemora is the stack. You bring the client relationship, the campaign and the knowledge of what a good lead looks like for that client. We handle A2P 10DLC registration, carrier configuration, agent training and the infrastructure underneath. For clients whose workflow needs something bespoke, custom builds sit on the same platform.

Compliance

Registration handled per client

US business texting requires A2P 10DLC registration, and it is per brand – meaning per client, not once for your agency. Unregistered traffic gets filtered, which shows up as a campaign that mysteriously underperforms rather than an error message.

Registration is part of client onboarding. TCPA-compliant consent flows, automatic STOP and HELP handling and per-campaign content review apply to every tenant. For voice we follow CRTC rules in Canada and the FCC Telemarketing Sales Rule in the US, and agents disclose that they are AI. Details are on the security overview.

Add AI follow-up to your retainers

Bring one client and one campaign. We will run a pilot on their leads and you will see the speed-to-lead difference in the first week.
