Thirty minutes with whoever runs the process today. We map what actually happens, including the parts that only work because someone is compensating for them.
2. Written scope
We send back a written scope within 48 hours – what is being built, what is explicitly not, and what it costs. You approve it before work begins.
3. Build
Development against the agreed scope with regular checkpoints, on your infrastructure from the start rather than migrated at the end.
4. Deployment
Live on your infrastructure with the code handed over. Ongoing support is available and optional, never a condition of it continuing to run.
