AI Email Agents for B2B Outreach and Follow-Up
Cold email breaks in two places: the sending reputation that decides whether anyone sees it, and the replies nobody processes fast enough. Zemora Email handles both – classifying every reply by intent, respecting per-mailbox sending limits, and checking your authentication records before the first send. It is in active development and open for waitlist access, not general availability.
- Detects positive, negative and out-of-office replies automatically
- Per-mailbox sending limits to protect deliverability
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks built into onboarding
- Google and Microsoft OAuth planned for mailbox connection
Where this product actually is
Zemora Email is in development. SMS and voice are the two products currently running with design partners; email follows them. If you join the waitlist we will tell you the realistic timeline for your use case rather than booking you onto something that is not ready.
We are describing it here because the design is settled and the scope is fixed – not to imply you can switch it on today.
Every reply classified before it reaches a human
The bottleneck in outbound email is not sending. It is triage.
Positive
Interest, questions, a request to talk. Routed to a person immediately with the thread attached, because reply speed on a warm response is the whole game.
Negative
Not interested or wrong contact. The sequence stops for that contact rather than running its remaining steps into someone who already declined.
Out of office
Recognised as a pause, not a rejection. The sequence holds and resumes after the return date rather than burning its remaining touches on an empty inbox.
Bounce
Hard bounces remove the address. Left in place, invalid addresses quietly degrade the sending reputation of every campaign that follows.
Protecting the mailbox you send from
Most outbound email problems are deliverability problems wearing a copywriting costume. If authentication is misconfigured or a mailbox sends more than its reputation supports, the message lands in spam and no subject line rescues it.
Onboarding checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC records before anything sends, and each connected mailbox carries its own sending limit. Volume increases are staged rather than switched on, because a new domain sending at full volume on day one is the fastest route to a blocklist.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified during onboarding, not assumed
- Per-mailbox sending limits enforced by the platform
- Bounces removed automatically to protect sender reputation
- Staged volume increases rather than sending at full rate immediately
How mailbox connection will work
Zemora Email will support Google OAuth for Gmail and Microsoft OAuth for Outlook. You sign in once through the official consent screen, and you can revoke access at any time from your account settings. We never ask for your password.
For Google data we follow the Limited Use requirements: data is used only to provide the features you signed up for, never for advertising, never sold, and never used to train general-purpose AI models. That commitment is set out in full in the Google API disclosure and the privacy policy.
When email is the right channel - and when it is not
Email suits considered B2B outreach where the recipient needs detail, attachments or a forwardable message. It is poor at urgency. If the job is a fast first touch on a new inbound lead, SMS gets a reply in minutes where email waits a day. If the job is qualifying a lead properly, a voice agent does in six minutes what an email thread does in six days.
Because all four channels share one contact record, sequencing across them is one conversation history rather than four disconnected tools.
